It is possible to reserve “speedy shopping service” and baby sitting.

It is extremely important to arrange your arrival time with us.

There is the opportunity to add bedS with an additional fee of 20,00 Euro/day; to be required on time of booking. We could add a cot and an high chair without additional fee.
It’s possible to have an extra room cleaning at 20,00 Euro/day.
On request it is possible to reserve a parking space in Maiori (to be required 15 day before the arrival time) additional fee.
On entry to the apartment is required the final balance, due locally in cash (Euro) and a security deposit. The security deposit is lodged as a bond against potential damages and costs incurred at the property. The amount of the deposit is 150,00 ( Il Limoneto e La Cantina) and 200,00 Euro (La Vigna), will be returned or accounted, in case of for damages, at the end of the stay.
To guarantee your reservation, we ask for a deposit equal to 30% of the reservation amount.

Reservation will only be confirmed after receiving copy of deposit payment by email or fax. “Le Volte Antiche” Holiday House will send booking confirmation email.
Cancellation Policy:
It is possible to cancel your reservation within 20 days before your arrival without penalty fee.
From 20 days to 10 days before your arrival the penalty fees will be equal to the price of one night of stay booked.
From 10 days to the arrival day and in case a no- show total deposit will be retained.
