Terms and conditions

1- ARRIVALS
Arrivals are accepted at pre-arranged meeting points after 3:00pm (15:00) and before 8:00pm (20:00) of the arrival day. In case of delay, they should telephone “Le Volte Antiche” Holiday House to advise the estimated arrival time, however the owner of property will not accept arrivals after 22.00 pm. It is possible to arrange late arrivals on request subject to the payment on arrival of a late arrival fee of 50 Euros. On entry to the apartment is required the final balance and final cleaning price (20 Euro) due locally in cash (Euro) and a security deposit. The security deposit is lodged as a bond against potential damages and costs incurred at the property. The amount of the deposit is 200,00 per each one-room flat and 300,00 Euro per apartment, will be returned or accounted, in case of for damages, at the end of the stay. Clients have to present copy of passport or valid identity document at check-in.
2- DEPARTURES
Departures are due before 10:00 am on the final rental day. The house must be delivered and left clean and in order as found.
3- NUMBERS OF PERSONS PER EACH APARTMENT
Exceeding at any time (either at check-in or during the booked holiday) the number of persons specified at the confirmed reservation can be changed and it represents a breach of the terms and conditions of rental and the cancellation of the contract. There is no cost for all the babies less than 3 years old, if they sleep in cradle.
4 – SERVICES INCLUDES IN THE RENTAL PRICE
Rental fees include: rental of the apartment, supply of one set of towels and bed linen per person per week, use of water, electricity and gas.
5 – EXTRA
Heating price is 10 Euro per day and it allowed by Italian law only from November 01st to April 01st. Final cleaning 20 Euro. All services not include in the price are payable locally in cash at the arrival time.
6 – ANIMALS
Pets are not allowed
7 – SUBRENTAL
Apartment can not be rent to others the penalty is the cancellation of the contract.
8 – CLIENTS RULES
The Client is fully responsible for his or her personal belongings.
9 – DEPISIT
Deposit is equal to 30% of the reservation amount payable by bank transfer (except for Last Minute deals).
10-RESERVATION
Quoted prices are per apartment per night. Minimum stay 2 nights. Prices may change depending on special deals or last minute. Bookings can be made by phone or email. Reservations will be confirmed once the deposit has arrived (not later then 2 days from the booking date). Please sending us copy of the bank transfer receipt by fax or email, along with your name, the apartment you reserved and your arrival date. When we receive the bank transfer receipt, we will send you the confirmation of your reservation.
11- RESPONSABILITY
Each accommodation has been checked. The descriptions contained in web pages are correct and drawn in good faith. For any problem, guests have to contact Le Volte Antiche’s owner. The Guest is obliged to give Le Volte Antiche time to resolve the problem
12 – CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is effected by the Client when written notification is received by “Le Volte Antiche” Holiday Home. Clients have the right to reimbursement of all money paid as deposit until 20 days before the arrival date.
From 20 days to 10 days before the arrival the penalty fees will be equal to the price of one night of stay booked.
From 10 days to the arrival date and in case a no- show total deposit will be retained.
12 – ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Clients acknowledge that by signing these terms and conditions, they agree to be bound by the provisions contained herein. The rental agreement shall be governed by Italian law in every particular including formation and interpretation. For any dispute the competent Court will be Salerno.
